Join Us for the Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2025

The Kingston Symphony Association's Annual General Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held online via Zoom. Members of the Kingston Symphony Association — individuals and/or corporations who have donated $20 or more during the 2024-2025 fiscal year — are invited to attend. A notice has been sent out by email with registration instructions. Once you have registered, you will receive a notification by email with the link to join the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy form if you wish to nominate someone else as your voting representative. Completed proxy forms must be submitted to the Kingston Symphony Association office no later than Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 9 a.m.

Only members in good standing during the 2024-2025 season (June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025) are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting. If unsure, please confirm your membership status by contacting the Kingston Symphony Association office by email at admin@kingstonsymphony.ca or by phone at 613-546-9729.

The nominees proposed for re-election as Directors are Luca Andolfatto, Geoff Hendry, Bibi Henson, Bernice Huisman, and Mara Shaw. Any two members of the Kingston Symphony Association may nominate a member for a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Nominations shall be in writing and signed by the members proposing the nominee, and accompanied by the assurance of the expressed consent of the nominee to act if elected. Such nominations shall be in the hands of the Secretary not less than one week prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
